Hi. The twitter counter on my site has not been working properly for the past 3 weeks or so. To give you an example, this tweet http://twitter.com/#!/KpopFever1/status/145878017804214272 was retweeted 32 times, but on my site the counter shows 12, kpopfever.com is for sale | HugeDomains.

Right now most of my new posts are showing 1 tweet, even though many of my readers tweeted from my site and even I tweeted with 3 accounts to test it. Here’s another example with 42 retweets, http://twitter.com/#!/KpopFever1/status/145864426342465537 on my site it is displaying 15 tweets, kpopfever.com is for sale | HugeDomains.

I am using a Wordpress plugin to display the twitter button, I’ve tried several with the same result. I tried injecting the twitter button code directly into my theme as well and that hasn’t worked either. Please help.

I have the same problem, please advise when you have any further information. Usually the tweets will come via @educationweek (hard-coded into the tweet button), possibly also @edweekteacher .
