Twitter count button is not working with my website

i implemented the twitter count button with my website but my tweet button is unable to count.
twitter share is working well button twitter count is not working. here is the code that i am using

any help will be appreciatable

Does http://mycourseroom.com exist on the open internet? Our service needs to be able to access a page for the counting to work.
