Twitter Connect Problem With Invision Power Board 3.1.4

With Invision Power Board, when I turn twitter connect on and then I enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret and save settings, whenever a member tries signing in with Twitter, it says: [#0.717734] There is an error with your Twitter application settings. Please check to ensure that you have not set your Twitter application as a Desktop application type, it must be set to ‘Browser’ who would I fix this?

This is the error we are getting while using the new IP.Board 3.2:

[#0.717734] There is an error with your Twitter application settings. Please check to ensure that you have not set your Twitter application as a Desktop application type, it must be set to ‘Browser’

There is no option in the Twitter application settings to change it to “Browser” anymore.

Dear Friends, the solution:

  1. Create “access token”;
  2. Fill “callbackURL”;
  3. Authorize "a @ anywhere domains.

Try just filling step 3.
