Twitter cards with follow to action button

Hi

i’m new to twitter advertisement and i have seen some promoted advertisement with a tweeter card and there’s a call to action button “follow” , but when i choose to create a card i don’t have the option like choosing a button as “follow” or etc… , i only have website card - video website card - image app card - video app card

and none of them have the option to add a follow button to my campaign or card , here is an example that i have seen :

It’s technically not a card. What you want is a “promoted account.”
