Twitter Cards - When?

We implemented the spec and submitted the application several months ago. When should we be able to expect to use Twitter Cards in our tweets?

I don’t see anything for “techreview” in the approval queue for Twitter Cards. Did you apply at [node:7940]? Can you give me the specific domain you applied for?

I got an approval email from twitter today.

I posted a tweet. The cards do not show up for me.
