I use UTF-8. How do I fix this problem?

Thanks for reporting this issue, we will investigate. You are correct UTF-8 should “just work” with cards.

Just did a quick test and it worked for me. Looks like a problem with browser rendering, did you try a few browsers and is the encoding error consistent?

I tested with Firefox 15.0.1 (default settings).
