Twitter Cards site validation issue. ASAP

Hello, NOC

For a last 3 days i waiting for approve of my site from Twitter Card validation site:
https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator

I used my personal server and simple test html page with needed tags.

But few hours ago a was rejected by your system. It wrote to me something like “We can not get access to site page, rejected”. Unfortunately i did not make a screenshot.

Question is why my site was rejected? If you open links above you will see that it’s opeping and working proper.

Please help me ASAP.

This seems to be working fine (NB your SSL configuration is broken, but validating http://il-bi-s17.014.vidnt.com/page.html was successful)
