we have implemented twitter cards, added metas, tested using the twitter preview tool, our participation was approved and we can not see the cards working.

Hi Sylvain,

We were recently approved for Twitter Cards, for both Summary and Photo cards. However, the one item we requested was for Player (video) Cards.

Could you tell me what I need to do in order to activate this type of card, or better yet, would you be able to activate it for our account?

I submitted an application for summary cards 2 days ago for our website theredshtick.com. Everything seemed fine when I did so, but I have not received any messages regarding the application. I figured I’d at least get an email confirming it was submitted and pending review. Could you please let me know if this is the case, and perhaps an ETA of when I should learn whether or not it’s approved?

My site was approved today for Twitter cards, but as yet I’ve only seen images with my default logo. How do I optimise the following meta so that Twitter takes an image from the post. I guess I need to substitute twitter:image or og:image, currently both are my default image?? Any help appreciated & thanks in advance.

I got an email saying my domain was approved, but not seeing it. Everything seems to be working fine with the preview tool.

Hi,
five days ago I’ve got a message from Twitter mentioned that “Your request to be included in Twitter Cards has been approved. We’ve activated Summary, Photo and Player cards for svoboda.org.”

But all new tweets are still being displayed in a basic way, without cards.

Does it take so long time to activate?

my request for twitter cards has been approved but all my tweets shows the same summary.
I have a blog on blogspot, http://trampolini.blogspot.com.es/ my question is: I must change the html code for every post i do? Why all my previous tweets shows the same summary?

My Twitter card was approved and summary and photo cards were activated for the domain tuentifotos.com.

The meta tags seam correct and with the preview tool everything seams fine.

Just received a response email expressing http://bpwgroup.com/news/post/11/ as having an error and our request would need resubmitted.

After using https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/preview - I cannot see an error. These are the tags we use, brackets {{ }} denote variables.

Previously my twitter:card type was set to “summary”, but I recently changed it to “photo”, however, they’re still being created as summary cards when I tweet the links out.

The preview tool shows a blank canvas when I use the link option, and sometimes shows correctly when I use the meta tags option.

I was approved for both summary and photo cards. Is this some cache problem that I need to wait out?

Also, I keep getting an error stating that “@C_SM_” is not a valid value for twitter:creator when using the preview tool and link option. All other twitter accounts don’t show this error.

It seems that the problem is with the image, as soon as we remove that meta everything seems to work out fine. Anyone else having problems with HTTPS images?

I wonder why twitter isn’t using Open Graph protocol like Facebook and Google+?
It has very similar markup?

Adding one set of meta for SEs, one for Open Graph apps and now one for twitter. This isn’t nice.

If my website supports both http and https.
What should I do to support both.
My website has already been approved.
But twitter card preview only works on http protocol.
Should I send the Participate form again but use https example url instead?
