Hi,
I developed a Twitter Cards plugin for Joomla CMS named “Tweet Cards”: https://joomlatemplat.es/joomla-extensions/tweet-cards

Here is the documentation about the installation and setup.

Currently the plugin is being reviewed by the Joomla Extensions Directory.
