Twitter Cards Only Show when Home Page tweeted

Twitter card tags are in place at all pages, but only the home page is displaying a card http://renewlife.ca

Can anything be done to resolve this?

Are there specific URLs that aren’t working? I see that your article posts are displaying correctly @renewlifecanada. Note that if you compose a tweet from the web that will have a card attached, you will need to refresh the browser for the “Expand” link to change to “View summary” in your own timeline.

It seems that newly published/updated material are the only pages generating twitter cards, even though the code is present on every single page in the site.
