Twitter cards not working with share this or mailchimp proxy widget

I have tested links for twitter card and it works, my domain is approved, but when I use share this or mail chimp proxy to share the link, it does not use the card. Is there a way to fix this? Website is http://capecodchatter.com

I don’t see any twitter:card tags on your site.

Perhaps you added it to a blog site, but not to the main page?
