Twitter cards not coming up

When post a link on twitter the card doesn’t come up.

Here’s an example:

House prices fall in June for first time since 2009

Would appreciate any help.

What troubleshooting steps did you try?

I just checked in the validator and it indicates that your site is timing out. It seems to take over seven seconds to load a page, so that’s probably the issue here - unless you’re blocking Twitter’s IP range, which is another possible cause.
