Twitter Cards no longer working on my site

My site, http://jim0thy.com, was approved from Twitter Cards in November. They were working fine up until Feb 6th, when they suddenly stopped.

Is there any reason why this would have happened? The preview tool shows the cards okay, I don’t think it’s a problem with the meta tags.

Do sites get unapproved for any reason?

Summary cards stopped working for new posts after May 23, but are still displaying for old posts. However, the validator rejects all urls at altairsound.com, even the urls of the old posts which still have cards working.
