Currently it’s possible to define in Twitter Cards meta tags referencing apps in these mobile stores:
twitter:app:id:iphone
twitter:app:id:ipad
twitter:app:id:googleplay
twitter:app:url:iphone
twitter:app:url:ipad
twitter:app:url:googleplay
It would be great to add support for apps on Windows Phone Store and Windows 8 Store as well! Maybe something like:
twitter:app:id:wp
twitter:app:id:win
twitter:app:url:wp
twitter:app:url:win
