My twitter card has a width of 430 and height of 464. The card itself is fluid but the width is fixed. Here’s an example of the embed:
When viewing the card on desktop, Twitter resizes the width to 528 and the height to 563:

I don’t mind the width upscaling but I want the height to remain fixed! Is that possible?
