I used the validator tool to have my site’s URLs validated for twitter cards. All 4 URLs generated perfect previews in “Try Card” section. but when I enter the URLs in the “Validate URLs” section, I keep getting the error: “Timeout. Exceeds 3 seconds fetching this page.”

We have had our twitter cards activated for a while now but in he last few days I have noticed that no thumbnail is appearing on my cards, even old ones that used to have one… We use blogger itself for image hosting, is that an issue, I have seen I’m not alone as others have had the same to their summary cards but there are still some summary cards that show a thumbnail, have used the preview tool and it shows up but it doesnt when Im using the ipad app or mobile site, how do I rectify ours??

This is a singapore Chinese version and the publisher should be @xinmsn_ch instead of @xinmsn_en.

Could you help take a look? Thanks very much. This issue has been open for a while now.

@froginthevalley Hi Sylvian, this is Vijay from urturn.com. We are currently whitelisted for summary cards but would like to be removed. As we have FB OG tags there is a fall back to that even when we remove the Twitter tags, would it be possible to remove us from the whitelist? Thank you very much!

Unfortunately the card validator for player cards wouldn’t accept my request, each time I get an internal error. Though all standard tags are marked as green. Only *.arte.tv must be whitelisted. Is there any way to get my subdomain whitelisted quickly?

My site is already approved for Photo and Summary cards, but the new Gallery card is a better match so I switched the Summary cards to use Gallery instead. Went to the Validator and tried it out. It worked once but since then gives either a System Error or a Timeout. My Photo cards still validate without problems.

Is anyone else having problems getting Gallery cards to validate?

Hi there,

I was authorised and using summary cards on *.baldhiker.com for a while. all well.
I decided I wanted to change to gallery cards and tested it with the code changed correctly on the site. It worked great in your testing tools for gallery.

I have been waiting for the gallery card authorisation from you (for *.baldhiker.com)but in the meantime it does not even show a summary when I tweet. I take it that is not a default when waiting for gallery and just await gallery authorisation?
