Just received approval, pasted my url into a tweet (from twitter site), it worked! Then tried it again and it didn’t? And the previous one is (that worked) is gone? Saw a similar question asked but didn’t see where it was responded to. Would it be an anti-spamming feature I missed somewhere in the documentation? Dear Sylvain,

We recently applied specifically for the player cards.
However, today we got an email that we were approved for summary and photo cards.

This is of course not what we wanted. Do we have to re-apply?

I finally got this response to my twitter card submission:

Unfortunately we determined that your application was incomplete and needs to be resubmitted.

A common issue is that submitted URLs contain invalid or incomplete Twitter Cards markup. To
help identify such issues, we have released an error-reporting preview tool, available at
https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/preview. Please double check your implementation and >resubmit the application form at https://dev.twitter.com/form/participate-twitter-cards again.

So I tried my site URL (http://s-s-explorer.brainchildofgod.org/) on the preview page link listed above but saw no problems. I have no idea what to do from here. Please help!

Hi
I tried to get my domain approved but it was rejected. The preview tool shows the card working perfectly so I don’t understand why it got rejected.

I have been approved for Twitter cards 2 days ago, for summary and photo. Twitter cards don’t work.

We got an email yesterday saying that we’d been approved for Summary and Photo cards for cagd.co.uk, but they don’t seem to be working even though they show up fine on the preview tool.

Was anyone able to provide a solution to this problem? We are having the exact same issue right now… seems like it only works on http. Even on the preview tool it fails with https link…any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Our application for aamaadmiparty.org got approved a couple of days back. I checked it in the preview tool and the summary card comes up fine. However, in the tweet, I do not see the summary card. The tweet url is below

Also, I have a separate website running on a sub-domain, delhi.aamaadmiparty.org. I have submitted a separate application to have it approved for twitter cards as well today (March 31, 2013)

Hi, I got my approval email 2 days ago, and just tried my twitter card. It didn’t work. I previewed the page again in the twitter card previewer, and it worked fine. I went through all the documentation and reread my Twitter Cards approval email again, but cannot determine what the problem is. Here is my exact tweet that did not work:

My application for Twitter Cards was approved and activated for Summary and Photo Cards.

we’ve been asking to enable Twitter video cards for our site. As we described in previous messages - all tests were made and it seems that everything works.
But we got approval only for twitter summary and photo cards. We need only Video cards, please can you enable this feature for our site?

First of all, i want to state that i have no relations with Twitter. Like you, i’m waiting for my video card approval for several weeks now.

I just want to let you know that i tested your link and it is not working. I’m using Firefox on Linux, and this is how it looks for me: http://picpaste.com/talk-th3PYiPx.png

From a quick look, i can see 2 errors in your implementation:

You have no fallback mechanism at all, you are only using a HTML5 player. From this, I can assume you are using a Mac for testing your twitter cards. Try them with another OS.
You are hard-coding the player’s width and height, avoiding the “sized for mobile viewport” requirement.

Hope you get approved soon.

Our submission has been accepted for packafoma.com/blog but is not working for www.packafoma.com/blog.

I just resubmitted for *.packafoma.com. You might want to add a note to the form mentioning that this is necessary, especially since the example text is “example.com,” which kind of indicates that subdomains need not be included.

Also, I realize now that our original submission was specific to the /blog subdirectory. The new submission is for all subdirectories as well as subdomains of packafoma.com.

the site www.bioeticawiki.com had been approved and i don’t see twitter card working,
Our cards work fine in preview tool and don’t work on the web.

Update: Despite being approved, our cards are not working even without the www subdomain. They work in the preview. Please help ASAP. Thanks.
