Twitter Cards: I have a problem, help me!

Hi,

Just to remind my little case : own a blog about Twitter (http://tweetpress.fr/) that seems to do correct job according to visitors. Also made a plugin that helps people getting Twitter cards.

Do not have mine even if I already submitted (maybe twice at least) which is not cool.

Looks like the cards are working. Yay. In the interests of helping anyone in the same predicament, these appear to be the missing ingredients:

Whitelisting went through for www. domain in addition to non-www
Wait 12 hours after domain variation went through
Removed a data-url= from the homepage tweet button
(note: this alone was not the magic bullet, as secondary test page generating tweets from addthis button were not serving the cards either.)

Hi,
I implement twitter cards on my website http://timescity.com/delhi/chanakyapuri/pan-asian-restaurant-shiro/59874 (sample URL) and test my implementation on https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/preview a summary card shown but when i submit my implementation to Twitter, they decline the submission.

You submitted a request for timescity.com to be included in Twitter Cards. Unfortunately we determined that your application was incomplete and needs to be resubmitted.

I am trying to diagnose an issue with the Twitter Card previewer. My test URL is:

The resulting meta tags are as follows:

When I replace the twitter:image tag with an image from another server, it works just fine. I can view the image in my browser, and that also works fine. Without a better error message than: We seem to be having technical difficulty. I can’t diagnose the issue. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I received email that I need to resubmit my submission for Twitter Photo Cards, because my application was incomplete. I checked many times Twitter Card Preview and never received any error.

I’m afraid if I resubmit my submission I’ll receive the same respond again.

We made the minor adjustments you suggested 2 weeks ago. Everything works fine. We’ve tested Android, IOS, Windows and Mac on Chrome, and Safari.

Wondering if you can whitelist. Its been 3 months.

Hello,
I have applied twice to twitter cards and twice got rejected with the following text : “Unfortunately we determined that your application was incomplete and needs to be resubmitted.”.
I checked my pages thoroughly with the preview tool. There was an initial issue with robots.txt file on FB images which i fixed, but still got rejected.

Could you please let me know which pages fail and why.

I hope I haven’t inadvertently tripped a spam filter or something while installing code. I have been manually installing the metacode for summary cards on about 300 story pages over the last 2 days, checked the code for maybe 1/6 on the preview tool. Then I moved on to installing picture code, I’ve done about 50 today, checking almost all on the preview tool. I spotchecked a few with actual tweets as I went, about 5, I think.

Then picture cards stopped serving. First on this page

Now, I think it has stopped on all of them, but I don’t want to push it and test too many, in case the domain or my IP is being flagged.

I am not evil, I am not spamming, Please help.

I am trying to use the Preview tool, but I’m getting an error that something is wrong. (“Looks like something is technically wrong” is very ambiguous, as it seems to imply a problem on Twitter’s side, not mine.) I don’t see any evidence in the server logs that Twitter is crawling my page after a preview request. Site is http://bike.tritag.ca

Okay I find the problem (for me) but I don’t know how to solve it
The problem is my twitter:image link. When I delete it, the preview tool working.
But it’s really strange, my image exist on this url. I try 777 /755 mode, nothing happen.

Any idea ?

I’m having a weird issue here that I’ve tried to troubleshoot to no avail… The domain has also been approved and it worked before, although sporadically.

Twitter Card Preview doesn’t return any errors for the URL or the META tags themselves and it doesn’t matter who tweets a valid URL at this stage or if it does work, its only on URLs that worked before… Little help?
