Twitter Cards ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the response is too large

Hi there,

Our website offers Twitter Card content viewable via http://iframely.com/debug but I get:

ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the response is too large.

I have read the other posts on this, and it’s all about size of the page. Our HTML pages are all heavy. I have read about the 1MB limit for Twitter Cards, which seems very low.

How have people deal with this? Have people 301 redirects based on a refer, useragent or something like that to offer twitter smaller pages?

Any ideas will help!
