Twitter cards are not generating

Twitter card for the below URL are not generating.
It shows below message when viewed in twitter card validator.

INFO: Page fetched successfully
WARN: No metatags found

But I can see all the meta tags on the page.

You’ve not described what checks you’ve made already. Please check the troubleshooting post and try the steps there. I’ve checked the third step there and there are no tags available.
