Twitter Cards approval pending for almost 3 months

#1

Why is it taking so long to approve twitter cards for my client? It has been almost 3 months. Is there anyone to contact for info on this?

#2

Same here. Not sure what’s the criteria. More than 2 months have passed and we’re still waiting approval. There seems no transparency in system. Neither in Twitter card approval nor in verified account process.

Sorry for the delay. Can you tell me what domain was submitted under, and the type of card?

Hi Ryan, I’m having the same problem - Player card for domain FORA.tv. We submitted it on July 10.

#9

@rchoi We submitted for www.authorstream.com for player card.

We’re still waiting for domain approval for tellyo.com and it’s also been a couple of weeks now.

Our previous request for devback.tellyo.com took over 2 months and we ultimately didn’t get any reply before we switched domains.

Here is the process to apply. Sorry, that’s all I know as I have been waiting since June 13 for approval.

#13

Hello !!!

how long to wait review of your site? I let the first floor is waiting!

Please check my website for validity http://TUMAR.FM twitter Player card! And that is more than half a year waiting for verification moderation!

#14

L Voz,

You should first submit an example via the validator. Then follow up if you have troubles doing so.

Thanks.

Sorry for delay. Took a quick look. At first pass, your Player Card doesn’t fit the essence of a video or audio player. More info here:

Hi Ryan,

I’m unable to post a new thread in the main Twitter Cards discussion. Could you also help us check on the status of our Twitter Card approval? It has been more than a month since I submitted our URL for validation and approval. Our sample URL would be: http://tol.sg/g9g1f

Let me know if there are any issues. Thank you.

#17

@rchoi Can you be specific since we applied after validating the player card and there are no issues. Ours is a presentation player which plays PowerPoint presentations along with audio and video. We already see other presentations players approved for timeline.

Hello Ryan Choi ,

We’re still waiting for domain approval for sowt.com and it’s also been a couple of weeks now.
We submitted a player card for domain www.sowt.com.
Please can you help us.

Hi Firas.

At a first pass, it looks like you have insecure css loading. In particular, this CSS:

http://fast.fonts.net/cssapi/fef65d49-419a-4aae-a660-250422a844dd.css

First fix this (assuming with https) and reply here to let me know that’s been done.

@rchoi
Dear Ryan,

Hope you are well. Can you check our player card for @videoclipsapp domain https://play.videoclipsapp.com please. We submitted player cards beginning of 2012 and we would love to get this live and approved.

All my best

Jens
