How do I pull the analytics of a twitter card tweet?

Tweets with cards are just regular Tweets. I think there’s a drop-down at the top that allows you to select Tweets as your target metric.

Sorry, I should have been a bit clearer - my apologies.

In the tweet card, I’ve added my handle. When another user tweets the link
with all the meta tags in. Will the impressions etc of that tweet be seen
on my analytical dashboard even though I did not tweet it but someone else
did?

Ah, I see. No, there’s no way to see that information that I’m aware of - separate card analytics were retired a few months ago.
