Twitter card working (summary_large_image) but no image appearing?

Hi All - we activated twitter cards a while ago, but recently upgraded to the summary_large_image version. However, since the change we’re not seeing ANY images in our tweets at all.

The validator is returning the following:

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 32 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary_large_image tag found
INFO: Card loaded successfully

But the preview (and the live card) is failing to show the image from the post. We’ve checked, and the meta tags are appearing correctly, e.g.

If anyone could point out what we might be doing wrong, we’d be very grateful!

If you’ve changed the meta tags on an existing page, and the card is not changing, then you are likely hitting a caching issue. Cards are crawled roughly every 7 days. See the troubleshooting guide for more on this.
