Twitter Card Validator

I am implementing Twitter Photo Card on the site http://mom.me.

I have used the sample code from this page: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/types/photo-card - but with my own content.

When I run the site through the validation I am getting a number of errors - mostly on fields that the documentation says are optional:

1. twitter:domain
   Required meta tag missing

2. twitter:site
   Invalid screen name

3. twitter:creator
   Invalid screen name

4.og:image

What is the fastest way to validate and push through the approval of this site for Twitter Cards?
