Twitter Card Validator Pending

Yesterday, I was testing Twitter Cards codes in my website using Card Validator, I sent a request and the pending message now: gif.photo***.info whitelist request for player card is pending approval

When I can expect the approval for the request?

I need to get this problem solved as soon as possible because the launch of our website is pending because of this problem
