Twitter Card Validator Java Error

I’m getting this message when trying to validate a url

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: smf1-aai-07-sr1.prod.twitter.com/10.34.8.104:31622

The url I’m attempting to validate is

Hi, did you ever get resolution to this? I have a similar error happening the first time I run the validator. Once I refresh it, it validates fine.
However, the card does not show up in the ‘real world’ when the link is tweeted.
