Twitter card validator doesn't show full card. Seems like CSS issue

Description of issue:

Preview of URL with Twitter Card markup doesn’t display correctly for (at least) large photo cards, seems like a CSS issue

Troubleshooting steps attempted [note that we will not prioritise posts unless there is evidence of following the troubleshooting guides]:

Validate/preview any URL that has large photo card. The bottom of the card is cut off visually
