Good day. We’re trying to implement Twitter Player card on our website. Using http in the card validator with https in twitter:player metatag works but when we use https in the card validator, it gives an error “ERROR: Fetching the page failed because other errors.”. I have searched regarding this and done the suggested steps but it is still displaying an error.
The URL where we implemented player card is https://radiotalk.jp/talk/3785/. Robots text is at https://radiotalk.jp/robots.txt
These are the references I tried but the issue is still not resolved
The Robots file contains:
User-agent: Twitterbot Disallow: /
This prevents all access.

Thank you for replying. We tried to change from disallow: / to allow: / but we still get the same error. We’re not sure if it’s due to caching from Twitter. What do you think, sir?

I was testing it every now and then the whole day yesterday and at times it works, then testing it again gives the same error. What might be causing this issue?
Good day, sir @andypiper. We are still experiencing the issue of Fetching the page failed because of other errors. When trying the card validator the first time, it works but after that, it displays the error. Any thoughts?
