Twitter Card Validation: error-no-card-found-card-error

The validator shows:

INFO:  Page fetched successfully
INFO:  8 metatags were found
INFO:  twitter:card = summary_large_image tag found
ERROR: Required meta tag missing (twitter:text:title)
WARN:  this card is redirected to http://www.votesters.com/

The error is clearly shown to you. You do not have a valid twitter:title tag in your page. The tag content is empty. This is invalid.

I did have a twitter:title with valid content.
It worked when:

1)I put the meta in a common file, which redirected to the webroot.
2)I put in twitter:text:title

Strangely I am still not getting an image dynalically.
Test with:

One should fetch a static image, another a dynamic image.

Also, the Poll Title is wrong.

Could it be any kind of server caching?

Dynamic behaviour is not supported as the card crawler has a seven day cache.
