Twitter Card validated but Image not showing

Hello,

Our cards validate correctly but the images almost never load.

We tested countless articles and it seems to work at random. Sometimes the image loads, sometimes the image does not, seemingly completely at random. We can’t understand why.
We made sure all the codes were implemented correctly.

In the second link, I see

<meta name="twitter:image" content="https://www.thesmackdownhotel.com/images/resources/facebook.png" />

That file is a 35x35 pixel PNG. This is below the minimum size for the image for a summary large image card.
