Twitter Card Summary with Large Image not displaying image

Issue:
Images for our Twitter Cards do not seem to be displaying. All previous cards used have not refreshed, so images not displaying on those either. I have used the twitter card validator, and it shows that the twitter card has loaded successfully, but again images do not display and there is no error code.
If anyone could help us understand why they are not working that would hugely appreciated.
