Twitter Card Summary Image not displayed

I’ve seen this happening on and off for about a month, but for some reason our images are not showing up in the Summary on our Twitter Cards:

In the validator - it shows the image after a brief second of loading time, but it never shows on the web.

On the flip side, we use a generic image (I assume Twitter has cached this), it works fine:

Any idea what’s going on here? Meta tags are the same on both pages, and the validator shows the image in both situations.

The Twitter Card may have one or more of the following issues:

• A robots.txt file was not accessible to verify access to images/videos. (https://untappd.s3.amazonaws.com/robots.txt)
• Image size needs to be minimum 120x120
