Twitter card request Approval button doesn’t appear

I have implemented the summary_large_image twitter tags. Now the validator tool shows all green
but there is no request approval button?

We had been requested approval but not open the mail (we lost our email password, then change the email)

and logs are:
INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 15 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary_large_image tag found
INFO: Card loaded successfully

but the summary card does not look at the Twitter timeline,

but approval button is not visible.I think my site domain is not approved
how can I applying for twitter card approval?

but twitter timeline doesn’t see the card

Cards will show after you click the “view summary” link in the timeline. This is working as expected.
