Twitter Card only shows up when the tweet is opened

Our Twitter Card was validated, but it only shows up when the tweet is opened.
We want the card to be shown without necessary opening the tweet, likes Photos do.

I also would like to see this implemented as an option. I’ve implemented the “Summary with large image” Card to make tweets of a client more visual, but since it only shows in the full tweet using Cards for this purpose is pretty useless. I also think this current setup decreases effectiveness of the Cards.
