Could you check why the Twitter Card for the Short URL isn’t working? Do we need to request approval for the short domain as well?

Hi @Dishoomit, If the short URL is unique to your website and not a URL shortening service you should submit it through the validator tool in the same fashion as you did with your longer domain for approval.
