Twitter card not showing in UK but showing in India on the same twitter account

Hello,

Can anybody let me know that why on the same account twitter card is visible in India and not in UK.

In UK, View details text is not displayed bottom right of the post,when click shows product card. But if we see it in India everything seems to be ok.

Can anybody help me plz?
