Twitter card not loading images for all blog post

My share post in twitter won’t have og-image meta tags there for post page. Why its not loading.

I have updated robots.txt too. How long does it take to updated from twitter end ?

INFO: Card loaded successfully

summary_large_image also not working.

Can you please let me know why its happening @andypiper
