I cannot for the life of me figure this out. When I post from my blog - www.briantolle.blogspot.com - it will post to Twitter, but it will never pull the image for my twitter feed. Can someone please help me with what I am doing wrong? Thank you so much!

I see this in your main page:
<meta content='Image URL' name='twitter:image:src'/>
That should be twitter:image (no :src) and you need a valid URL in the content field.

Thank you so much Andy. When you say a valid URL in the content field, where do I put my website URL? I apologize for my newness to HTML.
If you need to add a website URL, you can do that in the twitter:site tag.
