Twitter card keeps on getting rejected?

I’ve validated my twitter card at https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator
Each time I get all green so no problem there.
When I apply it gets rejected and gives me no reason.
I’m lost, can you help

Hi, I work for Boeing and we are trying to white list *.boeing.com but got rejected similarly to the note above. I am not sure what caused it but would like to understand if we need to do something differently. The request was submitted from @Boeing handle. Please help.
