Twitter Card is not working

Twitter Card Validator is throwing an error. Please help

I am getting below error:

I don’t see any Twitter tags in your page which implies an issue on the site, not with the validator.

Hi…
I did follow troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to work.

Step 1.) I added the twitter card code under head section in the template. I got the same error.

Step 2.) Then while researching more, I changed robot.txt section as below (I had earlier put the sitemap details in the box):
User-agent: Twitterbot
Disallow:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
even this didn’t work.

3.) Then I read somewhere that I should add the codes under <b:includable id=‘post’ var=‘post’> and keep the search description enabled.
Tried this also but even this was throwing the same error.

4.) I noticed that after saving the template each time, when I went back to Edit HTML page, the codes were not showing up even though I was able to save the theme without any error.

5.) I added codes again > saved it > clicked on preview theme. It shows:
The widget settings in widget with ID AdSense1 aren’t valid. An internal error occurred. Please try again.
Error 500

Don’t know what else to do. I am naive when it comes to coding… please help.

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with the details of coding Blogger templates, and this sounds like something on the Blogger side with the tags not being correctly rendered.
