Can you explain how? If you want an image to show in the card you require the
og:image tag. Since this is a meta tag inside the
<head> it should not have any effect on the layout of your site in a browser.

You have two
og:image tags. Both with images hosted on blogger. As the troubleshooting documentation notes, we cache content for up to 7 days. I suspect something is being cached and not being cleared.
