Hello I’m new to this, but I did research and many experiments before posting. Long story short, I believe I have everything correct, but when I post my site in a tweet, I don’t see a thumbnail on desktop or mobile.

Here is the test tweet:

Here is what my robots.txt says:
User-agent: Twitterbot
Disallow:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

And here is what the Card Validator says:
*.snowcor.com is whitelisted for summary card
INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 16 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary tag found
INFO: Card loaded successfully

I’ve experimented around and am unsure what to do at this point. Whether I use summary or large image summary, I get the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have no twitter:image or og:image specified in your site markup, so there is no image that can be displayed in the card.
