Twitter card not rendered: fetcher cannot resolve the address

One of the sites where we collect the error is /www.tgcom24.mediaset.it, as example of urls… any url of the site

**Testing the url with **:
Tested with card validator:
“ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the fetcher cannot resolve the address.”

We collect this type of error only on twitter. We don’t have error like that in other social network or meta tag validator.

is it possibile to have more details about the issue? what we can check on our dns resolution chain?
any idea about this type of error?

A few times in the past this was caused by anti-bot measures from CDNs like cloudflare - in case you have that enabled, worth trying to turn it off or allow twitter in.

Thanks Igor, I’ll ask to our cdn provider to have a look on that. What is missleading is that the error seems to refer to a dns resolution problem and not to an “acces denied”, anyway many thanks for your help.
