Twitter Card doesn't appear on the timeline

I don’t know if this is the right place. I don’t know where else to go for help. I am creating tweets with links to websites with valid twitter cards. They appear when I am creating the tweet but once I post the tweet it just converts back to a web address with no card on the timeline.

I am looking to promote a tweet for the first time but of course this is pointless unless the twitter card appears.

The tweet I am looking to make work right now is

Taste Local Awards (tastelocalaward)

but it I am not managing to get any cards posted on any tweets at the moment.

That’s odd, as I’m able to post the same link in a Tweet on my test account, and a card is rendering. I’ve even tried posting the exact same text as yours, and the card appears. At the moment, my suspicion is that there’s a caching issue with this specific individual Tweet which is preventing the card from showing.
