Twitter Card creation error - help much appreciated!

Hi trying to get my cards validated and I am getting the following error;

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 22 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = website tag found
ERROR: Card Some(website) is not found (Card error)

Cant find any info on this error anywhere else, and completely stuck!

Where do you see a twitter:card type of website listed? Here are the supported Card types on our developer platform.

We do have a website card available as part of our Ads products, however.
