Twitter card approved for wildcard domain but not working

I got a twitter card approved for *.flockwithme.com, tried posting a tweet with that link but twitter card not showing up.

I just tried to tweet a URL to the domain from a test account and I successfully received the App Card. Please give it another try. Hopefully, you were just seeing a temporary caching issue.
