Hi, I submitted my domain to be whitelisted on 04/08/13 - 4 weeks ago - and I have not received any communication from Twitter at all.
The “Administrative Contact Twitter Username” I entered was my own, and was different from the “Website Twitter Name.” On the registration form below “Website Twitter Name,” it says “The owner of this Twitter account will have to confirm the request via email.”
I assumed that meant the owner of the “Website Twitter Name” would get an email right away, but that email address has not yet received any emails.
I’ve validated the markup using the card validator.
