Description of issue:
Both twitter and validator cannot resolve address which in cards-dev validator show this error:

ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the fetcher cannot resolve the address.

Regarding to this error message, I already check the DNS aroud the world, and they can resolve the address correctly, except the one on Singapore (Verizon), which may be the one that Twitter is using?
