i tried using twitter validator and i think https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/robots.txt is blocking the twitter to crawl but sometimes it works could you please see the thread on stack i have clearly mentioned the issues. Thank you
Yes, you’re correct, the robots.txt file is blocking all access to your site.

but sometimes it works if robots.txt would have blocked why is it still running for some links?
