Twitter bot denied

Hello,

Im trying to validate the Twitter Cards for my website, but I’m getting the following error:
“Fetching the page failed because it’s denied by robots.txt.”

My website is http://tugatech.com.pt

My robot.txt file isn’t blocking the Twitter bot (for what i can see). The robot.txt is here: https://gist.github.com/djprmf/f95260efd4c6ab4a52af

Someone can help me find what is wrong?

Configure the robots.txt file to explicitly allow Twitterbot - see https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/troubleshooting#twitterbot
